These terms apply to the website nitarti.co.il and every page, form or item of content published on it, operated by Science App Ltd, company no. 515462216. Browsing the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Masculine wording is used for convenience only and refers to all genders. Headings are for convenience and do not govern interpretation.

2. Nature of information presented on the website

• Website content — including product descriptions, benefits, platform capabilities and specifications for refrigeration, municipal management, worker safety and IoT infrastructure — is general marketing information. It is not a binding offer, professional or engineering advice, or a contractual commitment.
• A binding engagement arises only through a signed quotation or agreement. The actual platform configuration, modules and prices will be specified there.
• The company strives for accuracy, but typographical errors, inaccuracies or outdated information may occur. The website does not commit to particular performance, response times or business results.
• Images, simulations, screenshots and videos are illustrative only and do not bind the appearance or configuration supplied.

3. Contact forms and demo requests

• Providing details in a form is voluntary. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process the enquiry.
• Submitting a form constitutes consent for the company to contact you about your enquiry, in accordance with theprivacy policy. Marketing communications require separate, explicit consent.
• Do not provide another person's details without their consent or submit false information.
• Receiving an enquiry does not oblige the company to respond favourably, provide a demo or enter into an agreement.
• Response time for written enquiries: up to 3 business days.

4. Blog, videos and customer stories

• Customer stories and results on the website reflect specific cases and do not promise similar results for other customers.

The 99% availability target in the terms of use applies to the monitoring platform, not the marketing website.

The platform login page is for registered customers only. Its use is subject to theTerms of Use. Unauthorised access attempts are prohibited and may constitute an offence under the Computers Law, 5755–1995.

11. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

The company may update these terms at any time; the binding version is the one published on the website when used. Israeli law applies, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of the Haifa District.
